How you start your day determine how you will end your day!
Many people have asked me about my morning routine and what I do to start off the day
in the best possible way to get the energy you need to make everything happen.

Here is what I do:
I wake up at 5.30am…
and I either head for the gym or for a run along the very pleasant Apia

When home again…
I have my shower and a healthy breakfast with cereal and lots of fresh fruits.
Yes, I also love my cup of coffee…
